To cancel your membership, please do the following:

1. Open a support ticket by clicking on "new support ticket."

2. Add "cancel membership" to the subject line of the support ticket.

3. Add your user email address the body of support ticket so that we can locate and cancel your account.

4) Send the support ticket by clicking send.

If you have questions about your membership or you need help, please contact one of our support representatives by submitting a support ticket.
